i really love taking pictures at this location!! so fun!!

chicken noodle soup.

simple. homemade. yum.

i even made the noodles.

i love soup in the fall.

To make homemade noodles:

whisk two eggs and a few dashes of salt

then slowly add flour until dough is not too sticky

kneed the dough, then roll out very thin

cut strips to the size you want (i used a pizza cutter)

allow noodles to dry for 30 min-1 hour

really easy

this soup has chicken & broth, water, onion, celery,

garlic powder, parsley, and salt

i didn't measure anything, just to taste

yum!

just being thankful for the little things in life... :)

1. quaker chewy granola bars. they are yummy and low fat! love the s'mores ones!

2. doing pilates! i always do a video by ellen barrett. love her!

3. golden girls. i have been watching it a lot lately. betty white is my favorite!

4. my water bottle. i take it everywhere. just trying to drink more water and be "green"!

5. ice cream sandwiches! yumm!!

6. www.rollip.com i have blogged about this before... i love it!

7. the crisp air on a september morning. i am ready for fall! the weather this weekend should be fall-ish & we have a trip planned to the apple farm! yay!

8. the colorado rockies baseball team! they have been playing so well & i hate to miss a game! i will be relaxing at home tonight watching them play the padres!! go rockies!

9. singing. i am in the choir at my church and we have been on break for the summer. it starts again this weekend & i am so excited to start singing again, well other than just in the car!

10. nicholas sparks novels. i just finished reading "dear john" for the second time. so excited to read the new one, "the last song"!
